About the Role
Join an early-stage engineering team building AI-focused software for finance teams. You will work closely with technical leadership and product engineering teammates to deliver important, scalable product capabilities.
What You'll Do
Partner with leadership and teammates to prioritize and deliver the product roadmap.
Design, build, and own complex features and software components end to end.
Write robust, scalable, well-tested code and contribute to automated testing and CI/CD practices.
Help establish engineering best practices and support a high-performing team culture.
Collaborate with design and operations teams to improve the product.
What We're Looking For
At least 5 years of software development experience, including at least 1 year contributing to system design or architecture.
Full-stack experience with TypeScript or JavaScript, Node.js, and React, with a balanced full-stack or frontend-focused background.
Experience building core product functionality and using MongoDB as an application database.
Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on Google Cloud Platform.
Experience using BigQuery for analytics and querying large datasets.
Experience with automated testing, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical leadership and distributed teams.
Compensation & Benefits
The salary range is $150,000 to $220,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

This is a fully remote role based in Canada.
