Your privacy, in plain words

What we store

For your account we store, in our database, your name, your email address, and your password in a protected (hashed) form, or, when you continue with Google, the ID of your Google account and the sign-in tokens Google gives us (stored encrypted).

We store your login sessions, with the IP address and the browser of each session, to keep you logged in and to protect your account.

When you pay, we store the payment screenshot you upload, because it shows the transfer. The screenshots are in a private storage bucket that only our admins can open.

Our server keeps standard request logs (the page you asked for, the time, and your browser type) to keep the site running and secure.

We keep your account and your payment screenshots while your account exists, also for payments that we did not approve. They are deleted with your account.

Who else processes data

Cloudflare delivers the site and protects it from attacks. To do this, Cloudflare processes IP addresses and request logs.

Google processes your sign-in when you choose "Continue with Google".

Our storage provider keeps the payment screenshots in a private bucket. Our email provider sends the account and membership emails.

When error tracking is on, Sentry receives reports about errors on the site. These reports do not include personal data such as IP addresses, cookies or form contents.

We do not sell or rent any data.

Cookies

A session cookie and a short session-cache cookie keep you logged in. Short-lived cookies protect a Google sign-in while it runs. We use no tracking or advertising cookies.

The job listings

We source every role from the careers pages of the companies that hire. Each listing names the company and links to the original posting.

A company that wants a listing removed can email us, and we remove it.
